Lawn Mowing: Regular mowing to maintain lawn health and appearance.
Pruning and Trimming: Shaping and maintaining shrubs, trees, and hedges.
Weed Control: Removal and prevention of unwanted plant growth.
Planting: Installation of new plants, flowers, and trees as requested.
Seasonal Cleanup: Preparing the garden for different seasons, including leaf removal and winterization.

3. Payment Terms

Fees: Our service fees are outlined in the service agreement. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

Payment Schedule: Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service Scheduling

Services are scheduled based on availability. We strive to accommodate client preferences; however, scheduling is subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide access to the property during scheduled service times.
Ensure that the garden is free from obstructions that may hinder service delivery.
Report any issues or concerns related to the services promptly.

6. Liability and Insurance

Liability: While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for any unforeseen damages unless caused by our negligence.

Insurance: We maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect both our company and our clients.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination does not absolve the Client from paying for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the locality of Wallington.
